Floyd Mayweather Jr. has officially begun serving his three-month jail sentence for attacking his ex-girlfriend in September 2010 while two of their children watched. Mayweather plead guilty to reduce the domestic battery charges, helping him to avoid a trial on felony charges that if convicted could have gotten the star up to 34 years in prison. Floyd was supposed to surrender back in January, but the judge postponed his jail date so he could fight Miguel Cotto on May 5th.
