Iranians remember Khomeini's Iran

Thirty-one years ago on this day, Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini returned to Iran from exile in Paris, France, setting off a chain of events that led to the Islamic Revolution.

Iran's monarchy collapsed and Khomeini became the Supreme leader of the Islamic Republic - the highest political and religious authority in the nation.

Al Jazeera's Alireza Ronaghi spoke to two men born in 1979, with very different opinions about the Iran they've grown up in.
