Officer: USS Mississippi 'Most Advanced' Sub official
The Navy will soon commission its newest 377-foot Virginia-class, attack submarine. The USS Mississippi will have a crew of about 130 officer and sailors. It carries torpedoes and Tomahawk missiles, and can be configured to carry Navy SEALs. (May 31)
