Dohar Bangla Folk Band at MABA Bangamela Hosted by Dhroopad: Kalika Prasad Bhattacharya Exclusive Invitation

Bengali folk band Dohar, founded 1999, is one of the leading Bangla folk song troupes with all of their albums gaining immense popularity, thanks to their unique sound and extensive research into folk traditions that goes into their recordings. They have now meticulously collected more than 6,000 (six thousand) folk songs from the different part of India and Bangladesh, and their versatility also covers music of north-eastern India.
