This is the video of the song "Animal". We wrote it after the tragic death of Αλέξανδρος Γρηγορόπουλος, a young kid who got shot by a "police officer" in Athens on 6th December 2008 without any reason. We wanted to express our frustration and anger about this tragic incident and the following events that tore our people apart and protest against the ignorance and apathy in which the political, social and economical system pushes us into. We hope that this innocent child did not die in vein and will never be forgotten.
The video was shot and cut by Δημήτρης Δαλακλής and the animation drawn by Αντώνης Φουρτούνας.
Αυτό είναι το video του τραγουδιού "Animal". Γράψαμε αυτό το τραγούδι, μετά τα γεγονότα της 6ης Δεκεμβρίου 2008 και τον τραγικό θάνατο του Αλέξανδρου Γρηγορόπουλου, ενός νεαρού μαθητή, που πυροβολήθηκε από "αστυνομικό" στο κέντρο της Αθήνας χωρίς αιτία και λογική. Θέλαμε να εκφράσουμε την απελπισία και το θυμό μας για αυτό το τραγικό περιστατικό και τα γεγονότα που επακολούθησαν προκαλώντας διχόνοια στους Έλληνες και να διαμαρτυρηθούμε ενάντια στην απάθεια και την αγνοια, στην οποία μας ωθεί το πολιτικό, κοινωνικό και οικονομικό σύστημα. Ελπίζουμε ότι αυτό το αθώο παιδί δεν θα ξεχαστεί ποτέ.
Τις σκηνές κινηματογράφησε και επεξεργάστηκε ο Δημήτρης Δαλακλής, ενώ το animation σχεδίασε ο Αντώνης Φουρτούνας.
