Afgoye, the gateway to the Somali capital, is again open to international humanitarian aid which the insurgents had cut off two years ago. We now ask if polls planned for August will actually change the fate of this failed state. Guests: Augustine Mahiga, Jamal Osman, Lt Colonel Paddy Ankunda.
