http://www.verlanbrock.com - I entered this amazing world on November 14, 1960 to Hobert and Matilda Brock to be the last of their thirteen children. We lived in the small Kentucky coal mining town of Harlan, which was nestled between the Pine Mountains. Life was not easy, but my father worked in the mines providing for his family. We may not have always had the best of everything, but we had a home built out of love for God and family.

I developed an early love for music and God through the loving guidance of my mom. My early childhood memories of singing were in church. I was raised with the Pentecostal Holiness Faith being the foundation of our home. We were taught at an early age that anything is possible with God by your side.
