Debra Orringer, MS, holds a Master's of Science degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology and has managed NASA's Kennedy Space Centers' fitness centers since 2002..
With almost twenty years experience in the industry, Debra is a Master Trainer for Gliding™, BOSU™, Bodyblade™, and Drums-Alive™. She has consulted for the Winsor Pilates group and has appeared in their television ads. In addition, Debra has been featured in fitness magazine articles for Shape and IDEA Fitness Journal.
When she is not teaching, managing or presenting, Debra dedicates a lot of her time to working with special populations and persons with disabilities.
Debra is a member of the American Council of Exercise (ACE), the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), the Aerobic and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), the International Dance and Exercise Association (IDEA), the Aquatic Exercise Association, SCW Fitness, ECA World Fitness, and the American Alliance for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance (AAPHERD).
