Hydrogen peroxide for acne is a good strategy as long as you dilute the food grade hydrogen peroxide so that it isn't too strong and doesn't burn your skin. Hydrogen peroxide is 2 parts oxygen and one part hydrogen so it's just a tad different than actual water itself. It's good because it kills the bad bacteria which causes acne and brings oxygen to these pores so that they heal quicker. I recommend doing this not too often though because too much exposure to hydrogen peroxide can cause an imbalance in your skin. Use this with caution and keep the hydrogen peroxide away from your eyes. I would recommend only using it below your eyes so that it doesn't drip into your eyes.
