Barack Obama to visit Puerto Rico official
Barack Obama is preparing for the first visit by a sitting US president to the Caribbean island of Puerto Rico for some fifty years.
While Puerto Ricans living in the island - described as "the world's oldest colony" - have no voting rights, more than four million Puerto Ricans living on the mainland United States do.
