CGRundertow SNIPER: GHOST WARRIOR for PlayStation 3 Video Game Review
  • 12 years ago
Classic Game Room presents a CGRundertow review of Sniper: Ghost Warrior from City Interactive for the PlayStation 3. Sniper: Ghost Warrior is also available for the PC and Xbox 360. Sniper: Ghost Warrior is a name that may bring back bad memories for Xbox 360 gamers unfortunate enough to have played it. But to the game's credit, it at least has a resilient attitude, because a year later, it's back. Sniper: Ghost Warrior is a kind of tactical first-person shooter. You're a sniper who shoots from cover, so you spend most of your time hiding, crawling and setting up a perfect angle to blow the back of someone's skull off. Rather than plowing through hundreds of enemies, each kill really has a sense of drama. You have to spend so much time setting it up that you do become invested in accomplishing the mission and making your shot count. The problem is that's about the only thing Sniper: Ghost Warrior gets right. This video review features video gameplay footage of Sniper: Ghost Warrior for the PlayStation 3 and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's Derek.
