CGRundertow YOSHI'S COOKIE for NES Video Game Review
  • 12 years ago
Classic Game Room presents a CGRundertow review of Yoshi's Cookie from Nintendo for the Nintendo Entertainment System. Released for the NES in 1993, a year after the original Yoshi, Yoshi's Cookie also happens to be the most adorable and tasty looking puzzler of all time. The adorable aspect comes from Mario in a chef's hat. The tasty looking part comes from those cookies. Unlike Yoshi, Dr. Mario and the countless Tetris inspired puzzle games of the early nineties, Yoshi's Cookie is not a falling block puzzler. The cookies are on the screen in batches, and it's your role to make them disappear. You want to line them up and get rid of them before more cookies are baked. This video review features video gameplay footage of Yoshi's Cookie for the Nintendo Entertainment System and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's Derek.
