GORKHA FOOTBALL STADIUM DARJEELING WEST BENGAL

Situated in the northeastern corner of West Bengal, just a few kilometres south of the Sikkim border, Darjeeling is a hill station built in the days of the British Raj, and known by them as "Queen of the Hill Stations". On a clear day you can see the Kachenjunga mountain range that separates this part of India from Nepal. At 2100 metres above sea level, it is a great place to come to escape the heat of the plains and, if you've had a bit too much of India come here for a slice of "almost" Nepali life.
