North Korea's state-run television KRT shows a mass anti-South Korea rally, followed by a parade.

Tens of thousands of North Korean citizens and soldiers gathered at Pyongyang's Kim Il-sung Square condemning South Korean President Lee Myung-bak.

North Korea's leader Kim Jong-un was not present, but the rally was attended by Choe Yong-rim, Premier of the Cabinet and Ri Yong-ho, Chief of the Korea People's Army.

The North's official news agency KCNA said the rally was attended by people from "all walks of life" denouncing the "rat-like" South Korean president.

KRT said the rally was in retaliation to anti-North Korea rallies in Seoul on April 15, when the isolated state celebrated the 100th birthday of Kim Il-sung, founder of North Korea.
