Apple currently doesn't offer an SDK for developing iPhone apps on Windows. Their primary solution is to require you to develop your app on a Mac. If you don't have a Mac and want to build iPhone or iPad apps, you have very few alternatives. Rhomobile has taken advantage of this market opportunity by providing a means for developing iPhone apps on Windows using their RhoHub online application development environment.
