10 years Muziekpublique | Samba Django (guitar and vocals): Teddungal (improvisation)

Singer, guitarist and composer, Samba is an old acquaintance of Muziekpublique. He sings in Fula but his musical influences also embrace African blues, Afrobeat and West African music in general. Since 2002 he has lived in Brussels and he also finds inspiration in his life here. Samba has known Muziekpublique -- so he says -- since before it was born. This song, whose title means 'Honour to friendship and respect" was written by him specially to mark the birthday of this 'house of and for artists'. He wishes Muziekpublique a good year and good health, hopes that the future will be even better than the past and prays that the organization can still expect a long life to come.
