Mama Monster is kicking off her new 'Born This Way Ball' world tour on April 27 in Seoul, South Korea, but her 18 and younger fans won't be allowed to attend. That age group has been banned from attending the concert by the higher authorities, outraging her Little Monsters in South Korea.In true Gaga fashion, she took to the social networking site to reveal her thoughts on the controversy, "Thank u to all the adults in Korea who are speaking out for underaged who want to come to the BTW Ball. Maybe the Gov. will change their mind." Instead of attacking the Government of South Korea, Gaga graciously thanked those adults who have supported her in this issue. But she didn't stop there; in a second tweet on the age restriction she showed her love for Little Monsters Parents in South Korea, "Although not affecting ticket sales in Seoul, parents should be given more credit to determine what's good for their children.
