STORY: Fifty-years into a career that has generated such well-known hits as "Don't Make Me Over," "Walk on By" and "Do You Know the Way to San Jose," Dionne Warwick still posses a voice that is at the same time elegant and smooth. The singer was honored Monday night in Los Angeles (March 26) at the Grammy Museum with the unveiling of an exhibit honoring her 50 year career. Warwick delighted the crowd at the "Clive Davis Theater" by taking the stage and performing the Burt Bacharach and Hal David penned hits "Alfie" and "What the World Needs Now." The five-time Grammy winner was joined on stage by Bacharach, with whom she shared a musical partnership with and record executive Clive Davis for a lengthy "Q&A" session that seemed more like a get together among old friends.
