Travis - Sing

Travis est un groupe de rock indie écossais originaire de Glasgow, en Ecosse et formé par Fran Healy (chanteur, compositeur, guitariste et pianiste), Dougie Payne (bassiste), Andy Dunlop (guitariste) et Neil Primrose (batteur). Etant l'un des plus populaire et plus respecté groupe de rock moderne au Royaume-Uni, Travis a été deux fois récompensé aux Brit Awards annuels (meilleur album britannique de l'année pour The Man Who et The Invisible Band), et est souvent mis en compétition faces à des bandes comme Coldplay, Radiohead ou Keane. Quatre albums les séparent de leur début et c'est toujours avec la même énergie, la même spontanéité qu'ils donnent leurs concert. Le succès fulgurant qu'ils ont obtenus par leur musique ne les a jamais détournés de leurs nombreux engagements pour des causes humanitaires (participation au concert du Live 8, à Hyde Park, réalisation d'un documentaire au Soudan pour la BBC...) Un cinquième album est attendu en 2007, leur premier après 12 Memories datant de 2003, toujours produit par Nigel Godrich (Air, Paul Mc Cartney, Beck, Radiohead...), leur collaborateur de long terme.
