Pleasae allow me to share a poor translation in English of the description:
"Japanese piano virtuoso in Waidhofen / Ybbs.
    A concert evening on Mar 16, 2012
Very intense contact with Friedrich Rechberger and Karl Piaty with the star of the evening, the exceptional artist Nobuyuki Tsujii.
The blind virtuoso was at the Farmers Market, which seemed to him a beguiling world to relish. Because of his blindness he was not able to see the beautiful city, but he enjoyed a visit to the the Piaty bakery, taking in the smell of freshly baked pastries and cheese spread.

Saying goodbye to a lot of his admirers was obviously difficult to him, and he even gave local pianist Karl Reichenecker a personal interview. It was a wonderful eveninng for the 'celebrities' (who attended the concert) but certainly also a very moving experience for the artist himself. "(The gentleman who gave Nobu a hug I believe is Friedrich Rechberger, Councillor of Waidhofen )

I am American, a big fan of Mr. Nobuyuki Tsujii, and was delighted to discover this video the day after his debut in Austria. Thank you so much for the video. I ma glad that Mr. Tsujii apparently received a warm welcome from the good people of Waidhofen.
