    Hamas leaders head to Cairo

    A delegation of Hamas leaders headed by Mahmoud al-Zahar, have left
    the Gaza Strip for Cairo in order to discuss the escalation in
    violence between the Palestinians and Israel, and the energy crisis in
    the Strip. The delegation includes other top Hamas officials who said
    that they wanted to end the Israeli aggression in the Gaza Strip.
    Meanwhile, Hamas' military wing Izz al-Din al-Qassam broadcast a
    recorded statement in which it vowed to retaliate for Israel's
    airstrikes.
