Big Time Rush make an appearance on the Regis & Kelly show in New York, taking some time to sign autographs and take pictures with fans. The boys are in town to promote the premiere of "Big Time Movie", and have attracted the fervent attention of young adolescent girls (and some boys, too!) to their escapades.
