Wayne Smith, Senior Fellow, Center for International Policy, joins Robert Ricigliano, Director of the Institute of World Affairs, in discussing the United States trade embargo on Cuba. Additionally, they will discuss how people are calling for the government to lift the ban, and establish a dialogue between the two countries.
