Mbledhja e qeverise dhe fjala e kryeministrit i është kushtuar urbanizimit te shoqërisë shqiptare, fakt ky qe doli pas publikimit te rezultateve te censusit. Duke zgjedhur te mos flasë për problemet urbanistike dhe sociale qe lëvizja e popullsisë ka sjelle ne qytetet kryesore te vendit, kryeministri Sali Berisha ka deklaruar se lëvizja e popullsisë drejt qendrave urbane është një tregues i rëndësishëm i zhvillimit te vendit. Gjate mbledhjes se qeverise, kryeministri është ndalur edhe tek infrastruktura. Këshilli i Ministrave ka miratuar marrëveshjen për huane qe do te përdoret për ndërtimin e by pass te Fierit, duke premtuar edhe ndërtimin e një by pass për Vlorën. Ndërkohë qe gjate mbledhjes se Komitetit te Planifikimit te Strategjive, kryeministri ka vlerësuar bashkëpunimin e opozitës ne hartimin e strategjisë për integrimin. Për sa i përket zhvillimit te vendit shefi i ekzekutivit Berisha është përqendruar tek rritja e mirëqenies se qytetareve, tek zhvillimi i qëndrueshëm duke mbrojtur mjedisin si dhe tek projekti i drurëve frutore e Shqipëria dixhitale.
