Future Shock is a 1972 short documentary film directed by Alex Grasshoff and narrated by Orson Welles. It was screened at the 1973 Cannes Film Festival, but wasn't entered into the main competition. It is based on the book of the same name.

Thank you so much....I have been looking for this for 30 years. The old man at the end of the documentary is my Great Grandfather........I saw this documentary in 1972 on TV Then it played on the College Campus's
during the 70's....but I had not been able to locate it.....It is a true keepsake for me and my family. My son was named after my Great Grandfather. His name was Jacob Berkovitz. The story he told me is when the film crew arrived at Venic Beach, CA they wanted a man over 80 years old to come and sit on a bench. So he said, he sat on the bench!!! He was a dear dear man....
He lived to be 96 years old and died in 1982......Thank you so much anonymouscoward382
