On the 26th February, the former Soviet State of Azerbaijan commemorates the 20th anniversary of one of the worst massacres in its history. It was one of the consequences of the war waged between Armenia and Azerbaijan over disputed border territory, after the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991. A tenuous ceasefire was agreed in 1994 but there are growing fears that fighting could break out again. Régis Gente, Markus Meyer and Mariam Naskidashvili report.
