The truth is, however, you'd be far better to focus on purely one goal rather than two. This is why so many folks fail to reach their goal. You see, contrary to popular belief, it's almost impossible to lose fat and build muscle at the same time.... To lose fat you should follow a calorie controlled diet whereas to build muscle you should follow a diet which forces you to take on extra calories. Doing both leads to failure.
