Three friends with an un-quenchable thirst for music, Strictly Ballroom, have been delivering their alluring tunes to the ears of Central Queensland for the past 2 years. Deciding to delve into the next step of their careers, they have collaborated and recorded their first EP, titled "Kickin' it With You" which released in January 2011. Strictly Ballroom combines the soul soothing vocals of Tom Weber and the tongue rolling rapping of Alex Matheson-Brown. All supported by effortless, grooving guitar work from the two, and backed by the flawless work of Tim Waters on percussion. The outcome is a toe-tapping set of tracks, all with a different feel, but all setting off the 'muso' in you. With the Boyne/Tannum/Gladstone region already producing talents such as Epidemic...Over, MilitiA and Ellington, (all who Strictly Ballroom have shared the stage with) it will come as no surprise, that Strictly Ballroom will have you falling in love with the boys from Tannum from the first line.
