    This is my experience with Tiger Direct after receiving a Flip UltraHD camera that was defective. My immediate disappointment with their shipping me a defective item did a 180 when two days later, after writing a review on the product on their site, they emailed me and said to return the unit, even thought their policy on the item was for no returns or refunds.
    They did take it upon themselves to do a little selective editing of my review, leaving out anything too critical. But with this response, is that a problem? You decide!!
