Watts to play Diana, Heather Mills trashes Piers Morgan

Naomi Watts is reportedly signed to play Princess Diana in a film about the last years of the royal's life. The movie, called "Caught in Flight," will focus on the two years before Diana's death in a 1997 Paris car crash.

Paul McCartney's ex-wife, Heather Mills took on Piers Morgan at Britain's media ethics inquiry. The ex-model trashed Morgan's earlier testimony, saying that one of her private voicemails could have been obtained only through phone hacking. Mills said two dozen messages left for her by McCartney were intercepted by a journalist working for British newspaper group Trinity Mirror.

The Oscars have added another A-lister to its presenter line-up. Penelope Cruz will be on hand to announce a winner. The Academy has already slated Angelina Jolie to present at the show on February 26.

Finally, the 62nd annual Berlin Film Festival got off to a snowy start on Thursday (February 09). Diane Kruger attended a conference for the festival's opening film, "Farewell My Queen" - a period drama set during the French revolution. The fest will run through February 19.
