As the flurry of diplomatic activity intensifies, and Israel agrees to release an additional batch of Palestinian prisoners, many fear that the outcome of Annapolis will be purely a photo opportunity. Others fear that the summit's aftermath may lead to another wave of terror, perhaps on a smaller scale to that of September 2000. At the same time Israel must take into account its security needs, in the North, Hizbullah, Syria and of course the Iranian nuclear threat.
