This is the Ups and Downs. Very simply put, “You put you up, You put you down” hahaha. At first thought, this may seem like an easy thing to do. However, do this about 20 times and you’re sure to feel it. But make sure you keep switching sides when getting up, this is important.

For the Beginner, go with it and take breaks. For advanced, keep pushing yourself to move faster. For the Freak of Nature, wear ankle weights, weighted vest, and hold dumbbells in your hands.
