Stricken cruise ship rescue suspended

The search for survivors at the site of Italy's cruise liner disaster is temporarily suspended.
The Costa Concordia remains partially submerged off the island of Giglio, but it has shifted slightly in its resting place.
This movement of just a few centimetres forced authorities to suspend their search and rescue operation due to the threat to diving teams.
But the port authority spokesman said that the rescuers were determined to continue their search for victims.

"We will suspend nothing. We continue to look for people and we will stop only when we are sure that nobody is left inside."
Eleven bodies have so far been found in and around the ship, which ran aground after hitting rocks on Friday.
At least twenty three people are still thought to be missing.
