Within days, Murdoch garnered more than 40,000 followers and was commenting on everything his support of New York City mayor Michael Bloomberg, Republican presidential candidate Rick Santorum and Oscar hopeful George Clooney, who stars in Fox film The Descendants. Twitter founder Jack Dorsey confirmed that Murdoch had set up a verified account. Perhaps Dorsey can impart some lessons to Murdoch. As of this writing, Murdoch was following just four people: Dorsey, Zynga co-founder Mark Pincus, Lord Sugar and a fake account for Google co-founder Larry Page (@Plaid_Page).
