Ahmadinejad arrived in Caracas on Sunday. It's his fifth visit to the Latin American country.The Iranian leader was scheduled to meet with the Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez on Monday. Chavez was on a trip in the east of the country when he arrived.Just hours before Ahmadinejad's arrival, Chavez dismissed a U.S. warning to avoid closer ties with Iran ,saying he welcomed Ahmadinejad to his country.The visit to Venezuela is part of Ahmadinejad's four-nation Latin America tour. He will also visit Nicaragua, Cuba and Ecuador.
