Iraqi Kurds protest Turkey airstrike deaths

Iraqi Kurds take to the streets to denounce a Turkish airstrike that left 35 Kurds dead.
Some 500 protesters gather in the northern city of Arbil carrying flags, banners, photos of the dead and pictures of jailed PKK leader Abdullah Ocalan.
Some like this Kurdish artist condemned the Turkish regime but said their message was a peaceful one.
"It is not about war or weapons but the Turkish regime will not respond with this message", he says.
Others were less conciliatory, with this protester stamping on the Turkish flag and photo of prime minister, Tayyip Erdogan.
Turkish warplanes killed 35 civilian smugglers in northern Iraq after mistaking them for Kurdish militants.
Prime Minister Erdogan has promised a full investigation into the incident, which has sparked clashes and threatens to undermine already fragile relations between Turkey and minority Kurds.
