Located in Hong Kong, the area of Mong Kok is known for being incredibly densely populated. But the lack of space isn't stopping street artists from showing off their talents and evening gaining a following. Let's take a look.

This may be the most densely populated place in the world, but many Hong Kong street artists have managed to find some space to show off their skills.

These street musicians have been performing on Sai Yeung Choi Street South for over six months. The band already has over 100 fans who have started their own fan club.

[Lau Wainang, Band Member]:
"I didn't expect such support from them. Some of them live far away from here, but they are really enthusiastic. Some have come especially to our performance since the first day we were here."

Some artists even come from the other side of the world to take advantage of Hong Kong's busy streets. Eve is a street artist from Canada who has been performing on the street for six years. Eve says sometimes a crowd around a performer can even block roads and cause problems.

[Eve, Street Artist]:
"The problem is that most places are very, very tight, a lot of people and it is very dense."

Sai Yeung Choi Street South is in a popular shopping area called Mong Kok, which has a population of 130,000 people per square kilometer. It is the most densely populated area in the world and has no law against street performing.
