James Franco's higher education is back in the spotlight. One of the actor's former NYU professors is suing the university, claiming he was fired for giving Franco a "D" grade. The professor - who taught Franco in his "Directing the Actor" class - said Franco missed 12 of 14 classes. No word yet from Franco's camp about the allegations.
Betty White will celebrate her 90th birthday in style next month. The actress will be the honoree of a live, 90-minute televised special on January 16 - one day before her actual birthday - to be aired on U.S. network NBC. The show will be followed by her new reality show - "Betty White's Off Their Rocker" - a hidden camera show featuring senior citizens pulling pranks on younger generations.
Finally, it looks like Lindsay Lohan gave Playboy their money's worth. According to online tabloid TMZ, cities across the U.S. are selling out of the Lohan issue, with Playboy seeing an increase in sales and also online subscriptions. Lohan was reportedly played 1 million dollars for her spread.
