Hi bengarrison, I tell my patients to wait about 10-14 days before blowing their nose again. Most people recover over the course of a long weekend, though it may ache for several more days after that. Best, Dr. Lamperti

How much can you expect after septoplasty and for how long would it be aching?

Also, how long would it take to be able to blow your nose after septoplasty?
