I made a wonderful Green soup. Ingredients: Green Leaves (baby spinach) 2 Bananas 125 grams Blue Berries 1/2 Avocado Cold water This is the basic recipe, and once you get used to it, you can change the ingredients around, and add lots of interesting things. You can add Dulse seaweed, Hemp seeds, or Flax seeds, Spirulina. There are lots of things to add to this basic recipe. Enjoy this recipe, as this green soup is high in chlorophyll and high in anti-oxidants.
