Ingredients - 50 gm soya boiled 150 gm paneer 200 gm peas 200 gm indian baby gourd 200 gm potatoes 2 tomatoes 2 onions 1 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp garam masala 2 green chillies Ginger paste 2 tsp coriander powder Few coriander leaves 1 tsp red chili powder 2 cups water 4 tbsp oil Salt to taste Preparation - Heat the oil. Add the onions, tomatoes, green chillies, ginger paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt, water and grind the mixture in the mixer Cook the mixture well. Add indian baby gourd and potatoes. Add water, salt, garam masala and coriander leaves. Add boiled and fried soya, peas, paneer.
