Ingredients - 2 potatoes 1 1/2 cups cauliflower 1/4 cups peas 1 tsp ginger 1/2 tsp red chili powder 1 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp garam masala 1/2 cup yogurt 2 tomatoes 1 green chili 2 tbsp oil Salt to taste Preparation - Heat the oil. Add cabbage and potatoes and fry.Remove when done. Add the green chili, ginger in the oil and fry. Add coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, yogurt, tomatoes and mix well. Add the vegetables, peas and toss well. Add salt, garam masala and mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves.
