This is a great way to squeeze in cardio into your workout, as well as tone the upper and lower body. So, let us start with some football sprints. So, you get down nice and low and you sprint as fast as you can, pressing your heels down into the trampoline. We are going to do this for 10 seconds. Nine, eight, seven, six, five, four, three, two, one. Eight jacks. Eight, seven, six, five, four, three, two. Again. Bring it down for football sprints, nice and low, heels pressing all the way down into the trampoline. Four, three, two, one. Eight jumping jacks. Eight, seven, six, five, four, three, two. Let us try this one more time. Get down nice and low. Pick up those feet a little bit faster. Five, four, three, two, one. Four jumping jacks. Two, one.
