Hi, I am Gilly Rinaldo with Smart Workout and I am going to show you some great, upper body workout that you can do with the hula hoop. So, typically the hula hoop is used for core, but today I am going to show you a couple great upper body and arm motion that you can do to work it out. Alright, so you are going to lift the hula hoop up over your head, you are going to have the elbows bent, and we are going to do something called the halo. So, you are going to reverse your grip, keeping the hula hoop as parallel as possible to the ground, above your head if possible, doing it as slow or as fast as you feel comfortable. Three more. Two. One. Very nice. The halo is a great way that you can incorporate upper body traps, shoulders, and biceps and triceps into your workout using the hula hoop.
