Raw Video: Oakland Encampment Fence Torn Down official
Oakland officials allowed protesters back into the plaza where their encampment had been raided. The campsite itself was fenced off so it could be cleaned and treated with chemicals, but groups of people began tearing the fence down. (Oct. 27)
