Dutch Prime Minister, Mark Rutte, on Wednesday told journalists waiting outside the European Council that they "won't buy anything with mediocre compromises" and therefore, "real solution" is much needed. He also added that the reduce fund needs to be strong enough to show the markets that "they mean it".
