Queen Elizabeth arrives in Australia

STORY: Queen Elizabeth II arrived in Australia on Wednesday (October 19) on her 16th official visit to the commonwealth nation.
She landed in the nation's capital, Canberra, with her husband Prince Philip.
Governor General Quentin Bryce and Australian Prime Minister Julia Gillard greeted the royal pair at the airport.
Crowds of children also welcomed the Queen with cheers and flowers.
The royal couple is expected to visit four cities during her 10-day trip.
