MONACO - Grace Kelly was a role model and her style had a signature that people all over the world tried to emulate. As a movie, she had beauty and grace and this was only further enhanced as she became the Princess of Monaco. Montblanc, a company for writing instruments and watches, announces a partnership with the Princess Grace Foundation-USA charity and is creating a set of timepieces, writing instruments and jewelry in honor of the late princess. Celebrities, royalty, and VIPs gathered at the Monte Carlo Opera to preview the new collection. There was a performance by Robert Wilson, costumes by Viktor & Rolf, as well as 350 guests in attendance to celebrate the launch. Celebrities like Naomi Watts,
Darryl Hannah, Eva Herzigova, Olivia Palermo, and Elsa Pataky are on hand as are, of course, Grace Kelly's children Prince Albert II and Princess Caroline of Hanover. "I think what's really exciting about this event is that it's one-off. You will never be able to see it again...We are here to celebrate the life of Princess Grace and I think this is the first time she lent her image to a product and the family is really proud of this," supermodel Eva says.
