Jesse McCartney New Album Update official

We're giving you all the inside scoop on one of Hollywood's most talented young bachelors-I'm Joslyn Davis and we'll have that up next on ClevverTV. That's right guys-apparently Jesse McCartney and the lovely Miss Hayden Panettiere were dating for a minute or two-ok actually it's rumored to have been going on for about a month. But Jesse supposedly broke up with her to get back with his ex-ex-girlfriend Katie Cassidy. Reps for neither Jesse or Katie will confirm that the pair-who dated from 2004 to 2007-are back on. But Katie-who you guys all know from "Melrose Place"- might be a great fit for Jesse's busy schedule, considering her life is pretty busy right now too. Plus her people will say that the pair are the "greatest of friends." Either way though, Jesse's got a ton going on career-wise. Just in case you guys didn't know...not only is he a gifted actor and singer, he has also found huge, and we're talking huge success as a song writer. He co-wrote Leona Lewis' breakout hit song "Bleeding Love." And now he's getting back to work to write some hits for himself. Jesse plans to take his music to a funkier, edgier place. The album is still untitled, but Jesse seems to be really into it. According to J-Mac the music is a "little more raw, but still rhythmic and upbeat and soulful." There are also several people he wants to work with again including Adam Lambert and Ludacris-who he's worked with before. Jesse also stopped by Alexa Chung's show on MTV recently to talk about yet another project he has going-He is the voice of the youngest chipmunk in the Squeakquel to the latest Alvin and the Chipmunks movie. Before dishing with the host about some naughty topics, the 22 year old planted a little kiss on Alexa's cheek. Any ladies out there a little heartbroken? Jesse McCartney is talented, sweet, and best of all, he bought his mom a 67 thousand dollar car. A guy who takes good care of mom-what's better than that?
