The Grammy's are wrapped and it was full of amazing performances and surprises! My bet was on Eminem for Song of the year, but his smash hit RECOVERY took a backseat to country trio Lady Antebellum who won 5 Gramophones! Eminem won the Best Rap Solo Performance award for "Not Afraid" and Best Rap Album for RECOVERY beating out Jay-Z, the Roots, B.o.B, and Drake. The Canadian indie rockers from Arcade Fire were shocked when their album The Suburbs won Album of the Year. These guys are considered to be the biggest underdogs in Grammy history. Just after finishing their performance, the bands lead singer Win Butler crawled out to accept the prize. And for you Justin Bieber fans you're going to have to wait because winner, Esperanza Spalding, took the honors in the Best New Artist category. The underexposed jazz bassist and vocalist was another big shock, as she beat out Drake, Mumford & Sons and Florence and the Machine. Finally Lady Gaga won, Best Pop Vocal Album for The Fame Monster, beating out John Mayer, Katie Perry, Susan Boyle and Justin Bieber. So what did you guys think of the Grammy's?
